Joining the business in 2002, Adrian is the the owner and manager. He is dedicated to carrying on the family business and continuing to be Cromer’s only Independent Family Funeral Directors. In 2025 Adrian aquired Goward's Independent Furneral Services, Fakenham's only Independent Family Funeral Directors.

After two decades in hospitality and wedding management, I transitioned into funeral arranging—a move that has felt like finding my true calling. It is a privilege to support families during their most difficult moments, ensuring every detail is handled with the utmost dignity and care. I take immense pride in being part of a team dedicated to providing a professional, compassionate service, and I find every day in this role to be deeply rewarding and fulfilling.

Joined the business in 2019 after over 30 years working in the NHS.

Started in October 2020 after previously working for Dignity and the CO-OP. 

After 20 years working in public service Michael has been in the funeral industry now for over 10 years. 

Joined our staff when we took over Gowards. Formally worked at Crisp Maltings.

Previously worked for many years at GlaxoSmithKline.
